Everything would be wonderful, if they had a hall one can stay while waiting for the room. I arrived at 3 A.m and of course, no room was vacant for me. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't allow me to stay in the hall and wait for anything, I had to go out and look for a place to spend the rest of the night. If not for this unpleasant occasion, the rest of the stay was perfect, the staff ready to help and friendly.
The location is great, the rooms are good, the breakfast was ok.
Flexible time for breakfasts
Staff never smile!!!! ?????? Nobody ever smiles at this hotel!!! What a pitty! It changes the whole atmosphere, it feels almost unpleasant even though the services and the whole hotel offe are really good. Please do something about it!
Very friendly staff that speaks Russian.
One day the bread was moldy on breakfast.
Wifi was quick, breakfast was ok, no complaints, hotel is just in front of Charlottenburg Railway/Metro station (trains run 24 hours on Friday/Sat night as well), there is a lidl nearby
One of the receptionist did speak English, she was helpful, the rest could not be bothered to be nice but they were just ok. Single room was fairly small (even though it had 2 beds) but who cares if you just sleep in the bed.
great location, easy access to city center, friendly staff
Good location near U ban and S ban, just 2 stops from Zoo station. Clean and peacefully room. 4 real beds, not just bed + sofa. Free use internet at reception desk. Helpful staff.
Wifi not work in room. Room for 4 person could be little bigger. Average breakfast
The quadruple was great for a family as the kids room was attached to the main room but separate. Good breakfast. Close to both the S-bahn and the U-bahn.
The carpet was a little threadbare. Parking was on the street and very limited.
Clean and confortable, abundant breakfast, cheap room price
A little sad building and position (no private parking) and not much too see of Berlin arond it
The room was clean, but unlucky of me, I was given the worst room of the hotel. my room's toilet was out of the room (only mine was like that, all other rooms had the toilet inside the room). when you open the room's door, you have stairs in front of you, you go up, and there is a very small room. to use the toilet, you come out of the room, there is a door beside, you open it, and there you have 5 stairs again to go down and use the toilet. The problem was you had to lock both the room and the toilet when you wanted to leave them. overall, the room was okay, since I stayed only for one night, it did not bother me, but for longer stays, definitely, it's not good to live in a room with such description.
The first night I reached, the staff was a girl who was really nice, but in the morning there was a woman who was not nice at all, so serious, unkind, and nervous.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was excellent and helpful, room was nice and the breakfast was good. Connection with the center and shopping places was easy and not too far.
Great location opposite S-bahn station with quick connections to all areas of Berlin. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom, plenty of hot water, room cleaned every day. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in lovely, sunny room with some nice touches like the two fantastic ceramic stoves. Later checkout than most, 11.30 and you can leave your luggage all day. Very good value for money.
Elevator landing is between floors so there are some stairs to negotiate. Booked a single as last time the room was good size but this time there were two single beds in the same size room making it very cramped. Table cloths or even disposable place mats on the tables would make an otherwise excellent breakfast room perfect.
I found it to be a wonderful location for the city, and generally well equipped.
At the time of my visit, the weather was very hot. As such, so was the room itself, and I found it hard to get a good nights sleep. Without central air, AC may not be possible. But a fan in the room would have been welcome.
I would like to stay next visit.
Friendly Staff, good location, proximity to metro, nice breakfast
I was on a business trip at Messe Berlin and the hotel location was an absolute advantage. Just two train stops away from Messe Sud through the S-Bahn Charlottenburg station which is bang opposite to the hotel(although it was walking distance). Ms Irina and Ms Marina were very helpful at providing information on Berlin and they also got me the 7 day train pass which made my commuting through Berlin a lot much easier & economical. Not the best of the luxury or infact hardly any, but getting a good nights sleep, good shower in the morning and a quick continental breakfast made it worth for the price I paid for my hectic stay. Not to forget the free internet.
The backyard could be cleaned and made a bit beautiful so that one can have a good view from the room.
